Vintage Cars

Models range from 1/16 to 1/12, some rare kits are amongst them. Some of these cars I no longer have, along with their dioramas The rest became part of my personal collection. In all cases where the models were catalogued they were separated from their diorama which was reused. Some of these photographs included HD images as backdrops. and hand made bases/dioramas

Here is the identification of the vintage and classic model cars shown in the image grid, broken down row by row from top to bottom:

Top Row (Vintage Grand Prix / Racing Cars)
  • Row 1, Column 1 & 2: 1911 Blitzen Benz (Car No. 27), famous for setting early pre-WWI land speed records.
  • Row 1, Column 3 & 4: Hudson or similar American Vintage Speedster staged in a coastal beach diorama setting.
Second Row (Classic Luxury & Sports Roadsters)
  • Row 2, Column 1 & 2 & 3: Cord V-16 Sport Phaeton / Convertible (circa 1930s), shown with top down and detailed open-hood engine compartment views.
  • Row 2, Column 4: Bentley 4½ Litre “Blower” (Car No. 9), styled in British Racing Green with vintage Le Mans pit accessories.
Third Row (Classic British Sports Cars)
  • Row 3, Column 1 & 2: Bentley 4½ Litre Supercharged (Blower Bentley), shown in various angles from a pit-stop or paddock diorama.
  • Row 3, Column 3 & 4: MG TC / TD Midget (or similar classic pre-war/post-war British roadster style), featuring wire wheels, spare rear-mounted tire, and folding soft-top frame.
Bottom Row (Early Motoring & Veteran Cars)
  • Row 4, Column 1 & 2: Ford Model T Runabout / Touring Car (circa early 1910s), featuring black bodywork, classic brass-era lamps, and a folding canvas hood.
  • Row 4, Column 3 & 4: Stutz Bearcat or early American brass-era sports tourer (circa 1912–1915), finished in vibrant yellow with open bucket seating and external piping.
