Large wooden clock with so much detail I don’t know where to start, all brass steampunk modifications include gearing, steam pipes and ‘pocket watch’ gauges. Finished in piano black with gold colour inlays and hand painted wood marbling. Traditional 7/8 day movement with full hourly strike and single half hourly strike. This is packed and sent with full instructions, authentication documents and necessary accessories. This clock is in full working order, please be aware this clock will require regular winding, inspection and manual BST adjustments. Circa 1920/1930 this clock is around 100 years old, the movement is taken from a french slate clock and the beautiful bevelled glass front is from another vintage clock. In total around 6 clocks have contributed parts to make this art piece so visually stunning.
